Question: what do people typically get drunk on down in Brazil?

Whatever it is, the bots have been imbibing plenty of it. I just finished a co-op battle in my Odin in which I got just 140K potential damage.

I dunno about that, it seems plenty capable of slapping a DD for 16K HE the moment they come within 10km with main guns alone. Let alone what happens if the funny button is charged and the DD is spotted...

Save the pseudo anger for modes that will make you to think. Play Operations if you want bots to shoot at your ship. 😁

It's less to do with the Ipiranga's gun dispersion and more to do with the 'Bot programming, as I reckon it.  🙂
