1st Game in Almirante Oquendo (PVE Thread)

I bought the 2 starter packs and already had the midpoint reward Cruiser so after finishing up this week's Dockyard tasks I got the ship. Took it out for a spin. It was a really good game (all humans except for 1 bot) but I am thinking it is going to be the extreme exception and not the norm. It is definitely fragile. Don't get hit in it. I did the dockyard just because I do everything not because I really wanted the ship. I doubt I will play it much.

Congratulations on the new ship and thanks for posting your results and thoughts. I am interested in that you fired mainly AP versus HE. In watching a Potato Quality YouTube video, he noted the excellent fire-starting chance and suggested it was mainly a long range HE spammer.

BTW, excellent battle results especially in a new ship!

I started with HE then had so many broadsides I swapped to and ended up staying with AP.  As I said I think this game is the exception and won’t be the norm.

That's an impressive result, especially for a shakedown cruise.  She's easy on the eyes too.  Thanks for the post. 🙂

Congrats on a really nice game.  Can't wait to get mine out for a try when it's done.
