When Is The Second Round Of Personal Challenges Starting

WG those crafty DEVS I got to 50 challenges giving me 500 only to find out I'm 10 roosters short for the first DD they offer you.

I'm over this challenge rubbish  but I at least want to get this damn DD since I am 10 short and I am not paying doubloons to get them.

This is normal. These events are always set up in a way that free rewards leave you just short of some “desirable” item. Case in point: right now the Independence Day event awards 600 tokens, while 700 are needed to complete the bundle chain. WG wants you to spend 1k doubloons for those last tokens (and more for CA at the end).

In this case, you just need to be patient and wait a few days.
