Port bugs since with the new patch?

Even if I start the game in "safe mode", I notice the following every time it loads into Port:

1. it keeps showing the NEW tag on the Personal Challenges
2. it keeps showing the French DD event banner ("participate in the event and obtain rewards...", etc.)
3. it reverts to the Star Trek port, whatever I had picked in the previous session
4. it reverts to the default consumables and key bindings. E.g. I switch from 'Y for Spotter' to 'I for Fighter', I log out, I log in, and now it's back to 'Y for Spotter'. Very annoying...

Has anyone else noticed these, or anything else?

All my ships disappeared upon logging in yester-day but that is about it on my end.

Ships don't load into port, after finishing a match, seems only to be a problem with some of the ports.

Im seeing this also, I use Ocean.

Same here, there is something wrong with the ocean port, sadly it is my favorite, so for the time being i use the Star trek port.

Is Ocean port the common denominator?  I have the spurious problem of ships not loading into port on both my NA and EU accounts and both use Ocean port.

I haven't had any issues with my port for this patch, and I use Ocean.

Same here => I use Ocean and never had any problems.
Usual question : do you have mods ?

No port mods installed, Ocean is definiteley the cause of this problem for me.

Switching to Kronstadt to see if that is indeed the problem.

I had problems a few days ago with no ship showing up in port.  This happened numerous times.   I changed ports and haven't had a problem since.
