Switzerland beat Italy... against the odds, so I'm one down already!  Reward is trivial credits for the loss.  A win moves you "up" the rewards chain.

Next game is Germany v Denmark at 3PM (Eastern Standard if the website is smart, but that'll be an evening/night game over in EU)

Italy had slightly better chances, so obviously that was a better bet. I hate them and really like Switzerland, but I'm not stupid to go against the odds for decent prizes.

IDK I guesst the Germany result but not the Swiss one, didnt get any prize or any progress on that chain I can see so I guess tahts it for me on the free extra stuff for gambling as it doesnt seem to work at all

The last round of 16 game is Tuesday, and the first quarterfinals are scheduled for Friday, July 5.

Someone at WG probably has to set the match winners and populate the next round of the bracket manually. The news article lists Wednesday, July 3 as the day one can begin choosing winners for the next round, so I would expect everything (including rewards/progress in the chain) to update on that day.

My progress showed up after the morning reset as did the "Claim Reward" button as reported by @Nevermore135.  I'd expect progress to appear the day after the matches.

Here's how the rewards were given in game:

Loss was the credits, win was the "Portal Chips" which allowed me to collect the first prize which, when claimed, showed up as "Credits Purchased" in the list above (200,000 credits).

Schedule posted above 🙂   I also have to keep earning the daily to keep picking, but I'm good for being able to pick everything in time.  If you're doing a little every day, you'll earn the picks you need... I think it's 500 bxp daily to earn the pick token.

Jeez, I know England squad is not doing very well but should not have problem with Slovakia at least. With England needing overtime to dispatch Slovakia, I don't think England can go far in this tournament.
