DevBlog 537 and 541 contain buffs to Tier X Incheon. 

>AP ricochet angles improved to correspond with American AP angles:

  • Minimum ricochet angles increased from 50 to 60
  • Maximum ricochet angle increased from 65 to 67.5

>Parameters of main guns changed:

  • Reload time reduced: 6.0s to 5.5s
  • Dispersion improved and now corresponds with standard Destroyer dispersion

>Turret traverse time reduced from 30 to 22.5s
