I'm not understanding the issue.

From what you are showing, you scored the achievement.
The only thing that could explain further is the break-down of what you sank.

This is the important part. It’s 4 cruisers (in OP’s case), or 8 not cruisers. We’d need the detailed report screen to see what ships OP sunk. Most likely it was some combination of cruisers and non cruisers that didn’t meet either requirement.

OP probably played other games in Irian today and got it in one of those games. The personal score screen doesn’t show Natural Selection in this game.

i have never seen that second destroyed ribbon in the second row before...

that is the only odd thing i see, usually there is only one ribbon displayed even if you go over the number of kills u need for the N.S. achievement

I am guessing that is mod-related (it is not a standard set of icons). What mod are you using for that set of icons?

What is the "2" Destroyed on the bottom row?

But it was like  5-6 not 8.. When that changed??

it was yesterday. Im EU and we are already 25.05.24.

 Yes, a mod which changes ribbons to flags 🙂 

It is called Ribbons V1 by r3d
