Starting with the next World of Warships next Public Test (13.1), the Developer Bulletin will be published under a new title—Work in Progress.

Some of the more recent discussions both on the WoWs website and WoWs YouTube channel are beginning to take shape.

And, as WoWs states, Because the update is still being tested, the information in this article is tentative and reflects the state of game development at the time of its publication. Some changes and new features may be removed entirely or implemented differently by the time the update goes live. Screenshots, specific values of certain characteristics, and details of in-game mechanics won't necessarily be relevant after the update is released.

It’s still published titled as “Developer Bulletin and Public Test X.Y.” for the 13.1 Public Test (published today). The only difference is a new banner graphic at the moment, so the changed title will roll out either next week with the 13.1 round 2 PTS announcement or, more likely, the 13.2 PTS in 13.1.

Cant say I like or see the point of this change, though. Seems like someone at WG is changing things for the sake of change.
