You're not alone.  Happened three times this morning while doing edits.  Will need to check up on the issue/reason.

There were connection issues a while back... got a message "site unavailable, try back in a few whatever" Took about 10 mins to clear up.

I'm getting the Captcha when I try to link a picture for Chat Funnies. I can directly embed a picture, however, by just pasting it to the forum. The Captcha is still not redirecting right.

wanted to post 3 pictures in the "show your achivement of today" post, the third picture had trouble uploading and when it finally did i keep getting that message that goes to nowhere and cant post the third picture 😅

Folks, I'm looking into this - so far my admin panel is showing zero errors, so I need to contact our hosting site's support unit. Can someone let me know if the "Let's confirm you are human ..." challenge is still occurring and still leads nowhere?

support admins say there was, indeed, an issue that some sites were experiencing, but they think they fixed it now.
