It was down to me and a bot Courbet vs a bot Kaiser and human Phoenix and Ishizuchi, who was at almost full health. Was engaged in a gun battle with Ishi, who for some reason was using AP. Ishi went behind an island allowing me to engage Phoenix..1 salvo, dead. Then Kaiser, next salvo, dead. I was low HP so I kited the Ishi for a while until he opened up a little too much and BOOM...got em and we won. Was much much fun.

Surely this is nothing to most of you folks who regularly play German battleships or other secondary brawlers, but this may have been the first battle in which I got two Close Quarters Experts...  and I was playing Exeter!

I got two destroyers with my secondaries, including a Kamikaze that acted just as his name said, and YOLO torped me for Just a Flesh Wound towards the end of the battle.

Just bought the Vampire II for RB points and OMG what a fun ship!

This is my first game in her and even tho I just lasted 6 min in this game (playing overly aggressive as usual....) I got the nr.1 spot on the winning team after just steamrolling and killing their Yamagiri and Balao from full HP and then finishing of their Republique and starting to wear down their Lushun before I went down. Some easy 2100 Base XP

Oct 22/2023 - saw 2 blatant high tier roflstomp losses on EU server - such obvious CHEATS that I quit. Then I play a low tier battle in NA with mostly Bots - have 2 useless human players with me but ofc the enemy human players are better so another loss. & ofc a lot of the enemy Bots manage to survive. You know the blatant cheat where your Bots play stupidly but theirs play smartly (or, at least, not stupidly).  Utter crap CHEATS thanks to WG. What else is new? Same WG crap.

Yes, tho I had to be 'Aethervoxx' on EU forum . When I transferred my NA account to EU, transfer programme told me that 'Aethervox' already existed but the programme couldn't figure out it actually was me 🙂 hence the extra 'x'. I was on a chat timeout till into Nov 2023 so last few months I couldn't even post. Still, what a completely dumb move by Wedgie to shut their forum down - guess they couldn't take anymore how they were basically pissing off their entire historical WoWS community.

On a downer having been without internet for the first two weeks of the update and missing out on Heroic Clas collection (I like that Camo!).  Cheered up by finally getting a Solo Warrior - not the most exciting game but played the objectives for the win.  I'll quit whilst I'm ahead and have lunch!
