Jinan Deepwater Terror

The Jinan, a Pan-Asian Tier X cruiser, was a development of the Atlanta-class cruisers, which were to be the CL-154 project, that incorporated increased hull dimensions and replaced the main battery guns with 5-inch guns featuring a high rate of fire, long firing range, and heavy shells.

Here, I use the Jinan to hunt my opponents, trading safety for the lethal proximity that is required to shatter armor. By timing my concealment windows to enemy radar cycles, I executed some high-risk torpedo runs that punished static positioning. I was able to maximize torpedo strikes through aggressive flanking, turning narrow corridors into inescapable, explosive kill zones.

The Alexander Nevsky is a Tier 10 Soviet cruiser and is often banned in competitive modes. Alexander Nevsky is the pinnacle of the longer-range cruiser play style. It is primarily a DPS cruiser that prefers being at range or on flanks. Here, I can display the Nevsky's speed, its lethal 8x180mm guns, high shell velocity, and excellent firing range. By baiting overextensions and maintaining a precise kiting angle, the Nevsky can shatter the enemy’s offensive momentum, and with punishing AP, make it surprisingly effective against broadside ships while remaining nearly impossible to pin down in competitive play.

I have ranked out of bronze and currently am doing the qualifications for silver. Once I finish, would I be in silver for the rest of the 6 week season (where then I would go back to bronze) or am I permanently in silver?

T7 ranked is quite fun without radar and CVs, especially with the tons of torps the mahan has, although silver has the potential for slightly more rewards (and RB pts). Qualifying has been surprisingly sucessful in the benson, although it seems that games get quickly lopsided and end faster.

Here, I bait the flank into a false sense of security before unleashing Chateaurenault’s devastating burst of torpedoes from the shadows. By timing our concealment, we dismantle the retreating ships with precision. This late-game ambush proves that aggression and positioning always dictate the tempo of naval dominance, regardless of this ship's fault. The Chàteaurenault's fast torpedo reload is a BIG plus, but beware of its guns reload, poor HE, and awful rudder shift for a Tier 10 destroyer.

Ah, I usually play one - ONE - Ranked match every new season to support the game. But this ^^^ >>???

So, you'all that really play Ranked Battles for real - how could we support this question because each season with New Ships changes the answer? A new post from the forum mains that play Ranked all of the time?

What are your thoughts... Heck, I haven't played my "One Match" yet.......... I'm curious.

In this game video, I play the La Pampa, a Tier 10 Pan-American (Argentina) Destroyer. By using some in close-quarters maneuvers, I showcase that Le Pampa's unique stealth profile can use some map features to gain a predatory advantage. The La Pampa's torpedo-focused armament sacrifices her rear turret for an additional torpedo rack, bringing her total to 15 tubes, rivaling the Shimakaze. If needed, the torpedo reload booster can fire 30 torpedoes in a very short period. With a smoke generator, you get the added benefit of concealment for deadly torpedo ambushes to unsuspecting opponents.

These include, among other things, an obsolete main battery layout with six twin-gun turrets. The ship's air defenses rely on artillery systems, which the battleship could have received during modernization in the United States in the 1940s.
